How can I know if my order got through?

When you finish placing the order you will get a confirmation by e-mail to your e-mail address. The message will confirm the order, details, price etc. Please be advised that our representatives will call to confirm the order as well. Your credit card will be charged only after that call! |
How can I send a picture to giftstore.co.il ?
a) On the website while placing an order you will have the option to browse for a picture from your own computer.
b) You can send via e-mail, or scan it and then send it to info@giftstore.co.il. If you send it by scanner your resolution needs to be DPI 300 and up, or if it’s a digital picture it has to be in the format of PG, JPEG, BMP, GIF, and PSD.
c) By mail- Send us the picture by mail and we will scan it for you and complete your order. We will send your picture back by outgoing mail.

I want to cancel, what do I do?

In gift store we are trying to the best of our abilities to provide customer satisfaction and quality service. For cancellation of order, we will charge you a cancellation fee of 5 % or 25$- the lesser of the two amounts. |
Damaged product! What do I do?

Call us!!! Gift store will do everything to make sure that our customer will get full satisfaction. If the product is damaged because of handling or shipping, or if the product is not working for any other reason we will exchange it within 24 business days at our expense- even if it is an international delivery. |
Are the prices on the website the same as the prices in the store?
